So far, there has been a situation where the scooter has to go back some distance as it takes a second to register the throttle input. As the new software update has also enabled hypercharging, the electric scooter can be charged with a running capacity of up to 50km in just 15 minutes. Ola is also working to increase the number of electric hyperchargers. So the app is now showing the locations where hyperchargers are available.

The new Move OS3 OTA update will also add proximity unlock to the electric models S1 and S1 Pro. So you don't have to give the rider a PIN code or use a mobile application to unlock the scooter. Due to proximity unlock, the scooter can recognize the mobile phone and automatically unlock the scooter. Ola Electric says it has improved the acceleration of the scooters in sports mode and hyper mode.

This update will also include a new vacation mode feature that allows the scooter's battery to go into a kind of hibernation mode that lasts up to 200 days. This means that this mode is similar to Tesla's celebration mode. At Ola, the company's website says that the headlights and turn indicators will give a synchronized light to any song you play.

There are also call alerts and automatic replies. Ola has also added profiles, widgets and a party mode feature. There are also three region modes that charge the scooter's battery while slowing down. The dashboard will be helped to look beautiful with three display modes – Bolt, Vintage and Eclipse. The company also announced a referral program for three models - Ola S1, Ola S1 Pro and Ola S1. The brand has introduced a new plan that recommends people to increase sales.

This means that you can earn up to Rs 4,500 through this scheme. For this, a customer who has purchased an Ola scooter can recommend an electric scooter to his friends or family. A separate page has been created on Ola's website for this purpose. Interestingly, anyone can make a referral, not just for Ola Electric customers. A maximum of 3 people can be kept in the referral list. If they buy an Ola electric vehicle, the referral plan will get a reward of Rs 1,500. Through this, a person can earn a maximum of Rs 4,500 through referral alone.
